All redemptions of Boston Points are final and irrevocable - this means that if a transaction that involves the redemption of Boston Points is canceled, you will not be able to get the redeemed Boston Points back to your account. The exception to this rule is if the redemption transaction is rescinded because of a technical error (for example - you paid the wrong amount) - in such a case, please contact customer support at support.blocal@colu.com within 2 business days from the mistaken redemption transaction.
